The Roman temple to all the gods, rebuilt under Hadrian around AD 126, whose coffered concrete dome, 43 meters across and lit by a single open oculus, remained the largest dome in the world for more than thirteen centuries and is still the largest unreinforced concrete dome ever built. Continuously in use, it is the best preserved building of ancient Rome.

Why this is disputed. Later tradition credits Apollodorus with the Pantheon's design, but the ancient sources give no detailed evidence for his role, and modern scholarship also weighs a significant design role for Hadrian himself. Recorded as Status debated on that basis, not as settled attribution.
